1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Please be advised that any booking made without an accompanying payment or deposit will be considered unconfirmed. Your appointment slot will only be secured and guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed through our checkout.
2. RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Notice Period: You may reschedule your appointment provided that notice is given at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment date.
- Same-Day Changes: If you wish to change your time or date on the same day of the appointment, the original payment will be forfeited.
- New Booking Required: Following a same-day change request or forfeiture, a new booking must be made with a new payment.
3. NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
- No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, the full payment/deposit made during checkout will be forfeited.
- Non-Refundable: All payments made for bookings are strictly non-refundable.
4. ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may be treated as a “No-Show,” resulting in the forfeiture of your payment.
